Deputy responded to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Subject was arrested by Pojoaque Tribal Officers on an active warrant. While at ADC, Corrections located a large amount of a white powder substance (meth) and black tar (Heroin) on his person. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a physical domestic. Suspect was crying and deputies attempted to detain the suspect and he physically resisted. During the investigation, it was learned the suspect locked himself with her in the bathroom and wouldn't let her out. The suspect later damaged the bathroom door and battered the owner of the residence. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

RECC received a call of a reckless driver traveling north on US 84/ 285 near Pojoaque. Deputies located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver displayed signs of impairment and refused to submit to sobriety testing. The driver was arrested and the refused chemical testing. The driver was taken to jail and charged accordingly.
