On Monday, June 10, 2019 while deputy was in the area, deputy ran the vehicle's license plate through N.C.I.C. which showed the registered owner to have a revoked driver's license. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, the suspect. Suspect was confirmed to have a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

A traffic stop was conducted on Peralta. Peralta was found to have a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on a DWI. Peralta was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe ADC without further incident.

Arrested: Manuel Perez Villalba 26 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was stopped for a speeding violation. Initial contact revealed the subject had a heavy scent of an alcoholic beverage. He submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Breath test revealed at .25 BrAC. He was arrested and booked into SFADC accordingly.

Suspect: Erick Lopez Hernandez, 28, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Driver to Be Licensed
On Sunday, June 9, 2019 at approximately 7:45pm, Deputy responded to the area in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located on the side of the road and contact was made with the suspect, the driver. Suspect showed signs of impairment and refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI and the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read and the suspect refused to submit to a breath test. Suspect also did not possess a valid driver's license. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Gabriel Chacon 21-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 6-9-19 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Chacon after he was observed driving in a careless manner on Agua Fria Street. Further investigation revealed he was in possession of under an ounce of Marijuana. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On Sunday June 9, 2019 at 1229pm a red in color GMC Yukon was stopped on 5999 Airport Road. The License plate displayed on the vehicle did not come back to the GMC Yukon. Upon contact of the driver the driver showed signs of intoxication, and was driving the vehicle with a revoked license. Driver could not provide any documentation on the vehicle. The driver refused SFSTs, and chemical testing. Upon the search of the vehicle multiple open containers were located. Driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at approximately 8:57pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain unlawful entry into the residence by damaging a window and a door, but entry was not gained by the suspect(s). Investigation is ongoing.
