Deputies responded to Vista Alondra in reference to a vehicle being parked in a vehicle for over an hour. Contact was made with the male who was highly intoxicated and admitted to driving. SFST's were conducted and showed signs of impairment and he was arrested. Suspect submitted to breath test and the results were .14,.15. He was booked into SFADC.

Deputy was at above location getting a beverage when h witnessed a fight. Above suspect had an active warrant. Upon search incident to arrest suspect had a crystal like substance. Suspect was booked.

I observed a vehicle failed to dim its headlamps. I conducted traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver. I observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test. The results of the test were 0.15g/210L and 0.15g/210L. The driver was booked into ADC. 


Case # 02190010150 Warrant Arrest, Possession of Controlled Substance 06-15

Arrested: Melissa Rivera 41 yoa female & Beverly Rivera 36 yoa female Santa Fe

Charges: Ms. Melissa Rivera ( Possession x2) Ms. Beverly Rivera Warrant 

On June 16th, 2019 A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and the driver Ms. Beverly Rivera had an active warrant for her arrest. While at the traffic stop, the passenger had heroin and crack cocaine in plain view in her purse. Both were arrested and booked without further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of 84/285 of a reckless driver. Suspect vehicle was traveling 84mph in a 65mph zone. Contact was made with the driver had an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. It was determined driver was impaired. Driver was arrested and booked.

Victim reported his vehicle was entered by unknown suspect(s) during the night time hours.  Nothing was stolen however the glove box and center console were rummaged through.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle crash where the suspect failed to navigate a turn crashing into an arroyo. suspect showed signs of intoxication and alternative sobriety tests were administered due to injuries sustained in the crash. The tests indicated impairment and she consented to a blood draw. She was booked after medical clearance.

On 06-13-19 it was reported the above sign trailer was damaged between 06-12-19 at 5:00pm and 6:13-19 at 11:00am. A large rock was used to damage the sign controller and wiring, master lock padlock, and numerous paint damage was caused. Suspect information is pending at this time.
