On the above date, I was dispatched to the above location where I learned a Burglary of a motor vehicle had taken place. The above listed items were taken from the above vehicle between 12 and 3 PM.

On Saturday, April 11, 2020, Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an auto burglary. Contact was made with Victim who advised Unknown suspect broke the rear window of his truck, took a white bag with $10.00 worth of coins and also took the temporary registration documents of his trailer. Deputies were dispatched to the location reference to a male found to be deceased. Upon arriving, the death appears natural and OMI was summoned. Case is turned over to the Office of the Medical Investigator.

Victim: Business

Victim advised on 04/09/2020 that he had received notification that someone had cashed a business check by fraudulent means.  Victim stated another check was also stolen but it was not able to be cashed.  Victim believes someone stole the checks from a mailbox.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Justin Archuleta 30 years old  Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Robbery, Burglary, Larceny

On 04-08-2020, deputies responded to a burglary.  The victim advised that the suspect had unlawfully entered the residence and demanded money.  No money was obtained but the suspect did forcibly steal a cellphone from the victim.  Suspect was later located and placed under arrest.  Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Jose Vigil  33 yoa Espanola, NM

Pojoaque Tribal PD conducted a traffic stop with the above subject who was driving a motor vehicle without a tire and on a rim.  Deputies were dispatched to the location due to the subject showing signs of impairment and being a non-native American.  SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and read the NM implied consent act, which he agreed to a breath test.  Subject blew .20, .19 g/210L and was booked accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputies on today's date, during an argument, the suspect who is a household member grabbed him causing injury. The suspect fled the scene and a warrant was drafted for their arrest. Case is under investigation.

On April 8th, 2020 deputies responded to the above location in reference in an individual with an active arrest warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Failure to Pay Fines.  The subject was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for the active arrest warrant.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area for a report of a stolen bicycle.  The victim advised between April 7th and April 8th, unknown suspect(s) stole a black and red Giant Mountain Bike.  This case remains under investigation.

Suspect: Michelle Vialpando/ Age: 44

Charge(s): DWI, Careless, Leaving the scene of an accident

On 4/7/20, Deputies located a 2012 white Nissan Altima 4-door in the median of State Road 599 and Via Veteranos. The vehicle appeared to be involved in a crash. Upon further investigation, Deputies located the driver/suspect at her residence, which was in the vicinity where the car was located. The driver was highly intoxicated and transported to Presbyterian Hospital. The driver admitted to operating the vehicle. Deputies discovered the driver crashed the vehicle on South Meadows and State Road 599 on the roundabout. The driver provided a blood sample. The driver was transported and booked into ADC.
