Suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Police. The vehicle was found to be stolen and they contacted the Sheriff's Office as they did not have jurisdiction. Upon arrival the male was also found to be intoxicated and operating the motor vehicle. He was arrested and taken to jail without incident.

On Monday, May 13, 2019 at approximately 8:02pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a traffic stop conducted by Tesuque Tribal PD for speeding. Suspect is non-native. Contact was made with the driver, the suspect, who showed signs of impairment. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect continued to display signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory for a blood draw. Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect battered the victim in the head several times, would not let her leave the residence and prevented her from contacting Law Enforcement. Suspect was not located and an arrest warrant was drafted and approved.

Victim reported the suspect struck her multiple times with a shower curtain rod and used a power drill to batter her. Suspect broke dishes and plates by throwing them at victim as well as punching holes in the wall and breaking a window. Warrant was drafted and approved for suspect.

Subject ran a posted stop sign and was traffic stopped. The subject was found to be operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Vehicle was stopped for being unable to maintain its lane. Driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. He submitted to SFST's and signs of impairment were noted. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed .13 .13 BrAC. He was booked without incident.
