On Friday, August 23, 2019, I was dispatched to above listed address in reference to criminal damage to property.Contact was made with an employee who advised unknown suspect'ss damaged a shed siding, two security cameras, a flood light and took a pad lock and door latch.Incident occurred between 8:00 AM on 8/20/2019 and 1:30 PM 8/23/2019.No other information available.

On Sunday August 25, 2019 at approximately 11:30 am Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate in possession of narcotics. Sheriff's Deputies made contact with staff who reported 41 year old Michael Chavez was found to be in possession of (2) different kinds of narcotics. The narcotics were taken into evidence and Mr. Chavez was charged.

Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Corrections officers conducted a search on the above subject and located 2 baggies of a black tar substance, 183 orange film like substance, 2 baggies of a green leafy substance, and a small baggie of a white powdery substance on his person. Items were field tested and tested positive for Heroin, meth and marijuana. Subject charged and re-booked accordingly.

Around 1426hrs, Jose was at the residence in his brown Ford F-150 pickup truck. Jose broke a garage window so he could open the overhead door. Jose pulled the BMW out of the garage while the car was in park. After the BMW was removed, Jose took the above items. Victim observed Jose with her Ring surveillance video and positively identified Jose. An arrested warrant was drafted

Location: 21 Bens Court, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal police on a fight in progress. Upon arrival to the location, it was learned above suspect had charged at Pojoaque Officer David Baldridge in an irate manner. Officer Baldridge attempted to restrain him as he resisted and in the process was kicked on the right ankle and left leg. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly at ADC.
