Subject was stopped after receiving a 911 phone call in reference to his driving. Upon contact with the vehicle, he was also observed failing to maintain a single lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the male was found to be impaired. He was arrested and refused testing. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Subject was stopped for speeding. Upon contact subject showed signs of impairment. He admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages prior to driving and open containers were located in the vehicle. He submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which showed at BrAC of .19,.20. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. Subject refused to provide a breath sample. He was arrested and booked without further incident.
