Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque PD on a possible intoxicated driver who was not native. Deputies arrived took over the investigation. Signs of impairment were observed and the driver was arrested. There was a juvenile inside the vehicle during the incident. He was booked.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2019 Ms. Martinez was stopped for traveling 36 MPH in a posted 20 MPH zone. A DMV inquiry showed Ms. Martinez's license status was revoked with an attached arrest clause. Ms. Martinez was taken into custody and was booked into SFCADF with no further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Mr. Vargas was found to have been driving in a reckless manner and had consumed alcoholic beverages. Vargas refused sobriety and chemical testing and was arrested. Upon arriving at the jail, Vargas battered the Deputy and was charged accordingly.

Suspect was observed failing to stop at a posted sign. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. The suspect was arrested. He was also found to be driving while his privilege was revoked. He was booked into the jail without further incident.
