Deputies spoke with the victim who advised that his Identity was stolen. Victim stated past two years an unknown suspect has been filing taxes under his information. Investigation is on going.

Arrested: Rita Bustos, 60-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 3-12-19 Ms. Bustos crashed into a street sign. Further investigation revealed she was driving while under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

The victim reported someone entered their home one two separate occasions, March 9th and March 12th by breaking a window. The above listed items were stolen.

Deputies were dispatched to a location reference to a suspicious person. Caller reported the person leaving the area in a vehicle which was located by deputies in the area. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to sobriety testing and was then arrested. Driver was administered breath test with the results being .15, .16. Subject was booked into the jail.
