Deputies were dispatched to 100 Block of Los Amigos in reference to two male fighting. It was determined that the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was taken to SFADC without incident.

Deputies were working a traffic overtime when there was a BOLO for an intoxicated driver. BIA located the vehicle and requested Deputies to respond to the traffic stop. Deputies took over the investigation, the driver showed signs of intoxication and refused SFST's. His license was revoked with the arrest clause and an open container was located inside the vehicle. He submitted to a breath test the results were a .18/.18. It was discovered the driver had 6 prior DWI's

Vehicle was stopped for not having a working license plate light. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered that his license was revoked with the arrest clause attached. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

On Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at approximately 4:19pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim were involved in an argument. During the argument suspect threatened to hit victim and also battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. There were no life-threating injuries as a result of this incident.
