On 07-01-18 Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute that occurred at the above location. Contact was made with the victim who stated she was involved in a dispute with a household member. During the investigation it was determined the suspect threw a beer can at her, grabbed her wrist, slapped her, and refused to allow her to leave. The suspect as placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly

Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, July 1, 2018 at approximately 2:30pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument the suspect pushed the female, a household member. The male victim attempted to breakup the altercation. Suspect then battered the male victim, who is also a household member. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an 82 year old male not conscious not breathing. Investigation revealed the male passed away due to natural causes. No signs of foul play were observed.

Suspect: Raymond Rivera, 32, Lubbock, TX
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Concealing Identity, Open Container
On Saturday, June 30, 2018 at approximately 4:12pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was slumped over the steering wheel of the vehicle. Contact was made with the driver (suspect), who became agitated upon contact. Suspect was verbally abusive and refused to provide identifying information. Suspect showed signs of impairment and refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was placed under arrest and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Suspect refused to provide a breath test. A records check was done on the suspect and he had 2 prior DWIs. Vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5 and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. While conducting an inventory of the vehicle an open container of an alcoholic beverage was located.

Suspect: Mark Coriz (55)
Deputies were dispatched to check a reckless driver. The reporting person relayed their location, pointed out the vehicle and the suspect was pulled over. Suspect smelt of liquor and admitted to drinking. SFTS’s were administered and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect arrested and charged. Implied Consent Advisory was read and suspect declined. Due to prior DWI’s a search warrant for blood was drafted and signed. Suspect was charged and booked without incident. Vehicle was seized.

Victim: 38 year old female
The victim stated that while she and suspect were shopping in Santa Fe County, he struck her with an open hand three times behind her head, because he was upset that she was spending too much money on makeup and clothes. There was redness on her person present where she was hit. The suspect denied the altercation, but did say that he was upset with his wife for spending too much money. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
