Vehicle was stopped for speeding. The driver of the vehicle had a revoked license. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe ADC.

Location: Cities of Gold Road
Vehicle was stopped for the passenger not having a seatbelt. The driver displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and provided a breath sample. He had a breath alcohol level of more then twice the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe ADC.

On Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at approximately 7:44pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the vehicle and removed musical equipment. Investigation is ongoing.

Vehicle: 1984 red Chevy Truck
Suspect: Diego Talamante, 26, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer; Speeding; No Insurance; Evidence of Registration on Demand; Driving While License Suspended
On Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at approximately 3:35pm, Deputy observed vehicle traveling at a speed higher than the posted speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, who was the suspect. Suspect was ran through N.C.I.C. and he returned with an outstanding warrant. While Deputy was attempting to handcuff suspect, suspect pulled away and continued to resist. Suspect was placed under arrest. Suspect also had a suspended license and was unable to provide proof of insurance or registration. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies spoke with the victim who advised that his Identity was stolen. Victim stated past two years an unknown suspect has been filing taxes under his information. Investigation is on going.

Arrested: Rita Bustos, 60-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 3-12-19 Ms. Bustos crashed into a street sign. Further investigation revealed she was driving while under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: Glock handgun, FN handgun, Samsung TV, Apple IPad, Tool box and various sunglasses
The victim reported someone entered their home one two separate occasions, March 9th and March 12th by breaking a window. The above listed items were stolen.
