Deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a fight that had occurred during the early morning hours of 12/8/2018, Deputy reviewed surveillance video showing the above suspects attacking the victim. all suspects were charged and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Friday, December 7, 2018 at approximately 4:32pm, I was dispatched to the 100 Block of Camino Montoya in reference to a domestic disurbance. Upon arrival to the location contact was made with the victims. I learned the suspect had battered both victims during the altercation. Suspect had also puffed out his chest causing vitim to be in fear of a battery and caused damage to a bathroom cabinet. Jose was arrested and booked without incident and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Charges: Aggravated DWI. Roadway Laned for Traffic
On 12-05-18 a traffic stop was conducted on a 2017 Dodge Ram pickup after it was observed failing to maintain its lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, it was noticed he demonstrated signs of intoxication. The above individual submitted to SFT's, during which signs of impairment were observed. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly. The driver refused to provide a breath sample when read the implied consent act.

On Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at approximately 2:36pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle and damaged the steering column. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: 3000 Block of Highway 14
The property owner advised that he noticed that 75 bales of alfalfa were stolen off his property slowly within the past week. Victim advised he believes a previous employee, who is stealing the property. He did not have any other information on the employee and did not observe any other property missing.

Suspect was found in possession of 10 strips of an orange film like substance consistent with Suboxone and a syringe. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location for an unresponsive male. Life saving techniques were done, to no avail. Victim had several medical issues. OMI was notified no foul play was observed.

Victim was notified by a creditor that he owed a balance from an electricity company in Connecticut. Victim advised he has never lived there and someone was using his information.

Victim advised he was contacted by a person falsely claiming to be a Sheriff Deputy. Victim advised the unknown male told him he had warrants for his arrest and demanded prepaid visa cards for payment or the victim would be arrested. Victim complied and later found out it was a scam. Case is under investigation.
