Arrested: Jose Sotelo 25 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Suspect was located in a vehicle at the park after the park was closed. During the contact he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was also found to have a handgun in his possession and under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without further incident.

Location: W. Alameda/ Via Abajo

Arrested: Elena Valdez Wright 43 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Traffic stop was conducted and the suspect was found to have a felony warrant for her arrest out of the State Of Texas. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. 

 


Case #0219008409 Battery against a household member 05-19-19

Location: BUffalo Thunder Casino

Arrested: Anita Flores-Armijo 30 yoa female (Albuquerque)

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence call at the casino. Investigation revealed the suspect had struck her husband in the face and neck area after an argument. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to an unknown person(s) breaking the window and entering the residence. Nothing appeared to be missing.

Suspect: Elton Montoya 35, Ohkay Owingeh NM

Location State Road 599 Mile post 6

Vehicle was stopped for speeding and the driver displayed signs of intoxication. SFST's were administered the results of which indicated impairment. The driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Upon arriving at the Sheriff's Office he refused to submit a breath sample. Due to the driver having at least 3 prior DWI arrests a warrant was drafted and served for his blood. He was booked

Suspect was encountered on a traffic stop and found to have a revoked license.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a deceased male.  OMI arrived on scene and completed their investigation.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 150 ft of Aluminum wire

Damaged: Chain Link Fence

Value: $1,450.00

Deputies responded to a Larceny Report at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the suspect cut the chain link fence and attempted to steal a large roll of wire. The suspect(s) were unable to take the roll and then cut about 150 ft of wire from the roll. Suspect information is pending
