On Sunday, October 28, 2018 at approximately 4:43pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence and attempted to remove a water heater, causing damage to the water heater. Nothing was removed from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Sometime between mid July and mid October someone stole approximately $10,000 worth of copper wire from 13 light poles on State Road 502.

Charges: Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon-Silver Chain, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Criminal Damage to Property under $1,000.
On 10-28-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location to assist with a Fight in Progress call. Upon arrival the above suspect was observed running after a male subject. The suspect had a long silver chain in his hand attempting to battery the victim. The suspect refused to comply with verbal commands and was subsequently taken into custody. It was also learned the suspect had damaged another victims vehicle prior to Deputies arrival. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On Sunday, October 28, 2018 at approximately 7:39pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary. An unidentified suspect(s) forced entry into a storage unit and removed several DVDs, a water cooler, a cosmetology chair and a mini-recliner. Investigation is ongoing.

On 10-26-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the suspect (arrestee) battered a household member. He was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Deputies while responding to a call of service observed a motor vehicle crash. suspect was observed yelling and cussing at another driver. Suspect was given numerous directives to go to his vehicle. Suspect kept yelling. Suspect was taken into custody without incident.
