Contact was made with the suspect and the arrest warrant was confirmed. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The warrant was for an original charge of Battery Against a Household Member.

Victim reported sometime last night around 10pm and todays date (9-21-18) around 8am, unknown suspect(s) damaged to driver window to gain unlawful entry into the vehicle. Victim stated he believed nothing was stolen at this time. Case is under investigation.
