Victim reported sometime during the night of September 18th, unknown suspects attempted to steal several passenger vans. There was heavy damage to the steering column and ignitions. Case is under investigation.

On Wednesday, September 19th 2018 at 9:48 pm, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a verbal domestic. Contact was made with the victim and she advised the suspect was being aggressive towards her and was screaming in her face, which caused her to be in fear. Several witnesses were also interviewed and they said they were scared for the victim, due to the suspect’s behavior. All involved persons said the argument was verbal and nothing physical occurred. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at approximately 6:42pm, victim reported to Deputy that on Monday, September 17, 2018 an unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and removed several power tools, and his wallet containing cash and credit cards. Investigation is ongoing.

While investigating a stolen motor vehicle deputies made contact with the suspect. Suspect had two Bench Warrants from Santa Fe City for failure to appear in court. Suspect was taken to SFCAC without incident.

Vehicle: 2001 white Toyota Tundra
On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at approximately 1:08pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the suspect, who was the driver. It was determined the driver had driven the vehicle to location and showed intent to drive from the location. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. During the tests the suspect displayed signs of impairment and was paced under arrest for DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read and the suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office for a breath test and while at the Sheriff's Office refused to provide a breath sample. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported he loaned the listed vehicle to the suspect while he was fixing the suspect's vehicle. Victim reported suspect never returned the vehicle despite numerous attempts to recover the vehicle. Vehicle was entered into NCIC. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail for an inmate Gary Brown having above items and attempting to place contraband onto his person.Correctional Officers interviened and placed Inmate into custody. Inmate Brown was rebooked.
