On 05-22-19 the victim reported his finance director had received fraudulent emails asking for large sums of money from a construction company. Due to the type of business the finance director paid the money out thinking he was being directed to by the CEO. However, the CEO had not authorized the payments and was unaware of the incident occurring until going over the financial statement for the month. Suspect is pending at this time.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at above location. Contact was made with the driver who appeared to have blood shot watery eyes and slurred speech. Signs of impairment were observed and suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies arrived at location and learned a motor vehicle collision had occurred. Driver listed above was found to have a revoked drivers license with arrest clause. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Subject was stopped after failing to maintain a lane of travel. He was found to be intoxicated and arrested. His breath registered a .18 level. He was booked without further incident.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, No Insurance, Registration Required
On Monday, May 20, 2019 at approximately 4:42pm, Deputy observed the vehicle fail to stop at the stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, the driver. Suspect was unable to provide proof of insurance or proof of registration. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. The revocation was confirmed through dispatch and the suspect was placed under arrest. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputy responded to listed location in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted due to the vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. A blood draw was conducted. Suspect arrested and booked accordingly.
