On 08-04-18 contact was made with the above subject while checking suspicious activity in the Rancho Viejo subdivision. The subject was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

The reporting party stated he was away from the residence from 11:30am on August 3rd to 11:30pm on the 3rd of August. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Lorazapam; Roadways Laned for Traffic; No Insurance; No Registration
On Thursday, August 2, 2018 at approximately 4:52pm, Deputy responded to the area in reference to a reckless driver. Vehicle was located and Deputy observed the vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel and conducted a traffic stop. Contact was made with the driver (the suspect), who was unable to provide proof of insurance or registration. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause attached. Suspect was also in possession of Suboxone and Lorazapam. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was towed by the next tow truck on rotation and taken to their lot.
