On February 27, 2018, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the arrestee's vehicle for not having a license plate. Further investigation revealed the driver had a revoked driver's license with an arrest clause. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly. Driver's vehicle was seized.

On 02/26/18 contact was made with the above subject. During the contact it was learned she had two active warrants for her arrest issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. One warrant was for failing to pay fines and the other was failing to appear. The above individual refused to exit the vehicle and was removed from the vehicle after several requests were ignored. She was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

The above suspect with an arrest warrant was observed getting into a vehicle in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart in Edgewood. Contact was made with the suspect after the arrest warrant was verified.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Victim reported approximately two weeks ago unknown suspects broke a window to the residence and stole the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

On the above date at about 13:25 hours; I observed the above mentioned vehicle and driver fail to stop at the post stop sign. Upon contact with the driver, he admitted his license was revoked and he needed an interlock device in his truck. MVD inquiry showed he was required to have an interlock device on his vehicle. The driver did not have his interlock license in his possession. The driver was placed into custody.The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detection Center on the above charges. The driver was issued all necessary documents pertaining to this arrest to include the “Notice of Vehicle Seizure”. The vehicle was towed and seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as amended by Ordinance # 2013-5. Anaya’s Towing was utilized for the tow.

On the listed the date, the victim was found unresponsive in the driver seat of her vehicle in her driveway. The victim was found in her vehicle with the driver door open, but the car was not running and there were no keys in the ignition. There were no signs foul play.

On 02/22/18 at about 9:58pm victim advised she witnessed her tenants break into a tool shed located on their property. Reporting party advised she could see the suspects through a bedroom window. Contact was made with suspect who advised the shed in question belonged to her. Tool shed remained secured but did appear to be tampered with. Victim stated miscellaneous tools were taken along with a tool box.
