Person Arrested: Samuel Saouza, 29 year old male subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies made contact with the above mentioned male subject in reference to a warrant service.  Upon taking the male into custody, it was discovered that he had illegal narcotics on his person. The male subject was taken to the adult detention facility where he was charged and booked without incident.

The suspect was found at the listed area acting suspicious by the Casino Staff. A medic was called for him. While speaking with him, a syringe was found sticking out of his sweater from the draw string area. It tested positive during a field test for heroin. The suspect was booked into the jail for the listed charge.

Suspect(s): Pending

On 2-16-18, victim reported a road rage incident she was involved in on 2-15-18 around 6:15pm. Victim reported she was tail gated by the suspects’ vehicle. Victims stated at the intersection of Juan Medina and NM76, suspect reached out the window and fired what she believed to be a small caliber handgun. Victim stated she did not see a gun nor did here vehicle get hit by any projectile. Victim state the noise she heard was consistent of a gunshot. Case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Jeremy Sanchez     Age: 40   Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate being caught possessing controlled substances. Upon arrival, Inmate Sanchez was found to have in his possession controlled substances on his person. Inmate Sanchez was re-booked with the additional charges.

On 02/15/18 the victim reported several pieces of jewelry being taken from her room. The victim noticed the items missing between 02-06-18 and 02-12-18. No signs of forced entry into the room was found. Suspect information is pending at this time.
