On Friday, January 12, 2018, deputies made contact with the victim by phone in regards to a fraud. Victim reported someone used his identity to purchase a vehicle in Atlanta, Georgia. There is no suspect info at this time.

Person Arrested: Pamela Snagg, 27 year old female subject
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to I-25, mile post 271 in reference to a welfare check. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the above mentioned female had two active warrants for her arrest. The female subject gave Deputies multiple fictitious names and identifying information. Upon discovering the females true identity, she was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked without incident.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a welfare check at the area of I-25, mile post 271. Upon making contact with the above mentioned male subject, it was discovered that he had an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant was out of New Mexico State Police for failure to pay fines. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention facility without incident.

Suspect was found with Suboxone during a search. He admitted to bringing in the Suboxone for other inmates. He was charged and rebooked accordingly.
