On 08/29/18 the above individual was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant issued out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. The warrant was for failing to appear at time and place ordered by the court. The original charge was for Receiving Stolen Property. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that sometime in July of 2018 the listed items were taken from an unlocked shed. No suspects were located.

Victim: 65 Year Old Male

Location: 100 Block of Panther Peak

On Wednesday, August 29, 2018, deputy responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist. SFRECC advised a 65 year old male was not conscious and not breathing. It was learned victim was having cardiac issues and was on medication for his medical condition. Office of Medical Investigator was contacted. No signs of foul play were observed.

On Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at approximately 5:44pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence and removed an electrical panel. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim reported sometime during the night hours of August 23 or 24, 2018 unknown suspect(s) gained entry into her residence by breaking a lock on a window.  Victim reported nothing stolen at this time.  Case is under investigation.

On 08/29/18 the above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center after it was discovered he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was booked without incident. The original charge was improper equipment and no insurance

On 08/28/18 the victim reported the above vehicle was stolen from his property sometime between 5:00pm and 7:30pm on the 28th of August, 2018. The victim was away from his residence at the time of the theft. Suspect information is pending.
