Subject was involved in a single motor vehicle crash at the above location. During the investigation, Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory act, which he agreed to submit to a breath test. Subject blew a .10 and .09 Brac. Subject was booked at ADC accordingly.

On 08/24/18 the above suspect was driving a red Honda Accord, when it was observed making a right hand turn from State Road 599 onto State Road 14 on a red light, where there are traffic signs prohibiting the right turn on red. The suspect was found to be under the influence of intoxicating drugs and was placed under arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 08/24/18 Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the suspect arrived at the location and had a handgun in his waist band. The victim felt threatened and in fear for her safety, causing her to flee the residence. The suspect was locked outside and broke a window to gain access into the residence. The suspect attempted to flee from the scene when Deputies arrived and was subsequently taken into custody. He was found in possessionof a handgun and the victims wallet, which the victim reported was taeknform the residence. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked ito the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 08-22-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a possible burglary in progress. During the investigation it was determined the above subject was seen leaving his neighbors residence and confronted by the reporting party. The suspect began yelling and arguing with the caller, who is his family member. The suspect then climbed on top of the roof and was located by Deputies. He initially refused to come down from the roof. However, after several commands he came down from the roof and became aggressive towards Deputies. As he was being escorted from the backyard he began to pull away and was taken into custody without further incident. He was also found to have and active warrant for his arrest out of Magistrate Court. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
