On Friday, December 14, 2018 at approximately 1:39pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a male, who was yelling. Suspect was yelling in the roadway and was taking off clothing. Suspect threatened deputy as he closed distance. Suspect was tased and placed under arrest. Suspect was medically cleared, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported the suspect called her and her child multiple times while intoxicated. Contact was made with the suspect who advised he did in fact call the victim. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On 12/14/18 a traffic stop was conducted on a 2002 Ford F-150 after it was observed crossing into oncoming traffic. The defendant pulled over and fled on foot. He was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. The defendant submitted to SFST's and was subsequently charged with DWI. The defendant provided a breath sample which was over the 0.08 legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. He was also found to be driving on a revoked license due to a prior dwi.
