On December 23, 2017, Deputies responded to the location in reference to a burglary. Victim reported she left her front door open and an unknown suspect entered her residence and stole the firearm. There is no suspect info at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to area in reference to domestic dispute. Upon arrival, victim stated the listed person had driven to her home and became irate after he was not allowed inside. Victim was in fear of the suspect. The suspect was located in his vehicle and showed signs of impairment. The suspect refused testing and was arrested. Suspect refused chemical testing and was charged accordingly.

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, No Insurance, Registration Required.
On 12-23-17 Deputies responded to a single motor vehicle, non-injury crash on Paseo Real just before Calle Debra. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. After conducting the standardized field sobriety test he was placed under arrest. A blood draw was conducted and the subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. The individual stated he had taken medication prior to operating his vehicle.

Arrestee: Clarence Diaz Age: 40
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an assault. Upon arrival to the location, Deputies located the vehicle leaving the area and observed the above subject throw a Clamato bud light can out the passenger window. A traffic stop was conducted. Driver eyes were water and Deputy detected an alcoholic beverage from his person. SFST's were conducted, which subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and refused to submit a breath sample and was charged and booked accordingly. Subject's vehicle was seized.

Person Arrested: April Little, 24 year old female subject
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the reporting parties home regarding reports of a female subject who entered the residence and assaulted the victim while armed with a kitchen knife. Upon arrival, it was learned that the above listed female fled the area prior to their arrival. Upon further investigation, the female subject was located and attempted to evade Deputies. The female subject was located and taken into custody and subsequently transported to the adult detention facility where she was charged and booked without incident. In addition, the female also had 3 active felony warrants for her arrest which were served upon apprehension.

On December 22, 2017, deputies responded to 66 Las Estrellas in reference to a residential alarm. Upon arrival deputies discovered the front door had been forced open. Victim reported he left to Texas on 12/15/17 and had left his residence secured. Victim reported a television missing thus far and would inventory his place when he returned home. No suspect info at this time.

On 12/22/17, victims stated between the dates, September 15th of 2014 and October 2017 over thirty thousand dollars’ worth of jewelry was stolen from their residence. The suspect(s) are unknown at this time. The victims noticed dozens of pieces of jewelry missing in October of 2017.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the La Bajada rest area on I-25 regarding an investigation. During the course of the investigation, the above mentioned male subject was found to be in possession of narcotics. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged and booked without incident.
