Victim advised some time between January 7 and January 14, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the vacant residence by breaking a window. Nothing was taken from the home. Case is under investigation.

Jerome Jaramillo 25 yoa male Santa Fe
On above date at about 12:20 am deputies were dispatched to the area of Feather Road in reference to persons trespassing on a property. The vehicle the persons was driving was stuck in the snow on the property. Upon arrival deputies contacted both subjects listed above. Ms. Rodriguez was operating attempting to drive the vehicle. Ms. Rodriguez was found to be highly intoxicated and subsequently arrested for Agg. DWI, Trespassing, and battery on a peace officer for kicking a Deputy. When she was taken into custody Mr. Jaramillo became upset and began to assault deputies on scene. He was also arrested and charged with assault on a peace officer and trespassing. Both persons were booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On January 13th, at about 0030 hours Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a crash. Subject was transported to St. Vincent's hospital after crash. Deputies made contact with subject at hospital and signs of intoxication were noted. Subject will be issued a summons to appear on above charges due to being admitted to hospital.

On 01-12-19 the above subject was stopped for speeding. During the stop, the driver drove over a curb. Contact was made and a smell of an alcoholic beverage was coming from the subjects breath and person. SFST's were conducted and clues of impairment were noticed. The subject was arrested and agreed to testing. He provided a sample above the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim's son had not heard from his father since Friday January 11, 2019. Victim's son went to check on him and found him deceased. No signs of foul play. OMI took over the investigation.

On 01/12/19 a traffic stop was conducted on a black in color Mitsubishi sedan after it was observed traveling east on La Joya Road. The vehicle did not have a license plate light. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. The above subject was placed under arrest after completing SFST's. He was also found to have an active arrest warrant issued out of the First Judicial District Court. He was booked into the Santa fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly
