On Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at approximately 3:53pm, Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in reference to a reckless driver. Contact was made with the suspect, who was the driver and showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and showed signs of impairment. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Breath test results were below a 0.08 and suspect agreed to submit to a blood draw. Suspect admitted to taking prescription medication prior to driving. A blood draw was administered and suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash where the driver was possibly intoxicated. A crash and DUI investigation was conducted where the driver was arrested for Aggravated Driving Under the Influence and Careless Driving.

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at approximately 4:23pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence and garage, damaging doors and windows. Suspect(s) removed several batteries from location. Investigation is ongoing.

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at approximately 3:25pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who was found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies responded to listed location in reference to a single motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival Deputies determined the suspect had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person. SFST's were administered and the suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and agreed to NM implied consent to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath sample which yielded a result of 0.19. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Victim reported between 11-18-18 and 11-20-18 unknown suspects gained forced entry into his vehicle while it was at the listed location. Once entry was made the listed items were stolen. Case is under investigation.

On 11-20-18 someone entered the residence by breaking a lock on the door and stole solar batteries from inside the house.

On 11-20-18 Mr. Lopez was found in possession of 10 Suboxone strips while housed at the Santa Fe County Jail. he was charged accordingly.

On Tuesday, 11/20/18, I was dispatched to assist Tesuque Tribal PD on a traffic stop. Upon arrival I made contact with the driver. She displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. She provided a breath sample and had a breath alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit of .08. She was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.
