0218008282 Agg DWI, No Insurance, No Registration 5/28/18

Suspect/ Arrested: J. Garcia age 27

Location: Pojoaque Area

Deputies were dispacthed to the frontage road area of US 84/284 near mile marker 180 in referecne to a motor vehicle crash hit and run. Contact was made with suspect who displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DWI and refused a breath test. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Vehicle: 2001 Silver Ford Fusion

Suspect: Ernie Rodriguez, 58, Espanola, NM

Charges: DWI (Felony), Careless Driving

On Monday, May 28, 2018 at approximately 5:29pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute and a motor vehicle accident. Domestic was verbal only, but suspect got into the vehicle and attempted to leave. Suspect crashed the vehicle, and attempted to move the vehicle, but the vehicle was stuck. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and refused to submit to a breath test. An inquiry on the suspect's driving history showed at least three prior DWI's, so a warrant was drafted for a blood draw. After the blood draw the suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized due to damage the vehicle sustained.


0218008268-Bench Warrant-05/28/18

Suspect: Jeramiah Gonzales(25)

Deputies were dispatched to the area of  Camino San Jose earlier in the day for a Domestic Dispute. It was learned suspect battered his father. A warrant was issued. Suspect came home and father called Deputies that suspect was back. Deputies took custody of the suspect and booked him into SFCADC  without incident.


0218008262 / Battery Against a Household Member, Assault on Household Member / 5-28-18

Location: Camino San Jose

Suspect: Jeramiah Gonzales

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Upon arrival it was learned the suspect had battered his father by throwing a water bottle at him.  Additionally the suspect through an additional water bottle at his mother, nearly striking her.  Suspect fled prior to law enforcement arrival.

On Sunday, May 27, 2018 at approximately 2:57pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the property and removed the vehicle from the property. Vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, May 26, 2018 at approximately 6:00pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking a window and removed two grocery bags from inside the vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, May 26, 2018 at approximately 6:00pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking a window to the vehicle and removed a grocery bag. Investigation is ongoing.

 Suspect: Bradley Tripp – 22 - Edgewood, NM

Charges: Battery against a Household Member

On Saturday May 26, 2018 at approximately 03:54 a.m. deputies dispatched to the intersection of County Line Road and Peaceful drive in reference to a male individual who stated he had a warrant and wanted to surrender himself. Reporting party also stated he wanted to speak to an officer about a domestic violence he had been involved in with his fiancé. Upon arriving on scene, Bradley stated he hit and spit on his fiancé. Deputies made contact with his fiancé and her statement was consistent with the suspects.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
