Location of Incident: Down's of Santa Fe (Old Horse Racing Track)
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the above listed location in reference to multiple reports of auto burglaries. Upon arrival, it was discovered that multiple vehicles had been broken into while parked for a youth athletic event. Upon further investigation, the unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the unattended vehicles and stole various electronics, purses, wallets and cash. This case is currently under investigation.

Location: 40 Block of Lumbre Del Sol, Espanola, NM
Deceased: Male subject 27 yoa, Espanola NM
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a male subject unconscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived on scene and continued CPR with negative results. The deceased suffered from alcoholism. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Jose Rivera age: 44
Charges: Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member, Battery Against Household Member
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was determined the above male had damage several electronics and a glass coffee table. The suspect also had grabbed the wrists and forcibly pushed the victim onto the couch. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Location: SR 76 and Carmelitos Lane- Chimayo
Arrested: Benito Martinez age: 27
Charges: DWI, Speeding
Suspect was traveling east on N.M. 76 near Carmelito's drive when I tracked the suspect vehicle traveling 76mph in a 35 mph zone. I conducted a traffic on the vehicle and it was determined the suspect was intoxicated. I asked the suspect if he would be willing to submit to field sobriety tests and he refused. I read the suspect the New Mexico implied consent act and he refused to chemical testing.
I learned the suspect this was his for subsequent arrest for DWI and warrant was drafted for a chemical blood withdrawal test. Warrant was drafted and signed by the on-call Judge Vehicle was siezed and brought to the office. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Suspect 1: Mary Trujillo, 65, Hernandez, NM
Suspect 2: Russell Trujillo, 43, Hernandez, NM
Suspect 3: Tillie Trujillo, 40, Hernandez, NM
Vehicle: 1998 Maroon Toyota car
Charges: Larceny, Theft of Credit Card, Receiving, transferring stolen property
On Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 4:34pm, Deputy responded to the area of US 84/285 and Ogo Wii in the Pojoaque area in reference to a larceny. Suspects entered the bathroom the victim was in and took the victim's wallet containing cash and an Iphone. Victim tracked the suspects with the find my Iphone App. Suspect vehicle was located, a traffic stop was conducted and suspects each had stolen property in their possession. Suspects were placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release for the original charge of Shoplifting and Concealing Identity. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 6:00pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate with an arrest warrant from another state. Suspect was booked in for an outstanding arrest warrant out of Colorado for the original charge of trespassing. Suspect was also booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for Fugitive from justice. Suspect was booked without incident.

Vehicle: 2000 white Toyota Pickup
On Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 6:20pm, deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. A subject, not known to the victim took the vehicle from the location without the victim's permission. Vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.
