Suspect: Pablo Vigil, 37, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, November 25, 2017, at approximately 10:21pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Victim: Male, 58, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Angelica Arellano, 38, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, November 25, 2017 at approximately 8:40pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim had been involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Location: US 84/285 and Boneyard Road, Espanola, NM

Suspect: Charles Trujillo, 28, Hernandez, NM

On Saturday, November 25, 2017 at about 3:19am, deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by the suspect. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant with the original charge of shoplifting. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


0217017689-Aggravated Burglary-Larceny- Criminal amage to Property-11/25/17

Location: Lavedera Road

Victim: 60 Year Old Female

Taken: 1 Heritage brand .22 caliber revolver, 1 unknown brand unknown caliber revolver. 1 wood box with silver, silverware. Damaged was 2 Antique wood dressers and 1 wood desk.($50,000)

Sometime between Friday November 17th, and 12:45am November 25, 2017, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence through a downstairs window. Once inside unknown suspect(s) took the listed items.  No suspect information at this time.

Victim:22 year old Corrections Officer

Suspect: Ralph Romero(48)

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

I arrived and made contact with the victim who stated the suspect had been cooperative except when required to put clothes on. The suspect was told multiple times to put clothes on and refused. The suspect threw urine and feces covered jump suit hitting victim above the torso. The suspect was forced into hand restraints and transported to medical for evaluation.

Taken: 4 AGM Gel Cell 6 Volt 350AMP Batteries ($1600)

Location: Via De Loma

Victim: La Canada Wireless Assoc.

On Saturday, November 25, 2017, at approximately 2:29pm, I responded to  Via De Loma in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who stated unknown suspect stole 4 batteries from area near residence at approximately 5:00am. Complainant said company was notified at 5:00am there wireless tower at above located had gone offline. After responding to scene complainant observed batteries were missing from inside a tool chest were they are stored keeping wireless tower online..  Incident is currently under investigation.

Stolen: Jewelry, Electronics

Deputies responded to listed location in reference to an alarm.  When Deputies arrived they found forced entry into the location through the front door.  The listed items were taken from the residence.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Shadow Lane   Santa Fe,NM

Deputy responded to location in response to an activated alarm. Upon deputy arrival, the homeowner reported that unknown persons gained forced entry into the home but was unable to remove any items.

Case is under investigation.


0217017683 Death Investigation 11/24/17

Deputy Assigned: Johnathen War

Incident Location: Rauro Rd, Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: Male  Age: 81

Deputies responded to the aforementioned area for a unconscious male not breathing.  Medics attempted to revive the male which ended with negative results.  There were no signs of foul play.  Male did have a history of medical conditions.

Arrested: Christopher Gurule   Age: 27    Pena Blanca,NM

Deputies were alerted to a male believed to be wanted on active arrest warrants and was inside the establishment. Upon Deputy arrival, the male was located outside of the establishment and had three active arrest warrants. The male was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked.
