On Thursday October 11, 2018 deputies were dispatched to Rabbit Road, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned the suspect got into a physical fight with family members because she was caught choking her 5 year old daughter. Suspect was arrested and charged.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the arrested subject after he was reported as being a suspect in an aggravated assault. Deputies learned the individual was not the actual suspect but was found to be operating a vehicle while his drivers license was revoked with the arrest clause. Mr. Padilla taken into custody and transported to jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the 298 miler marker on Interstate 25 in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Victim reported his vehicle broke down on I25 near the 298 mile marked at approximately 2:30PM. When he returned for the vehicle at approximately 11:30PM, the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was not located at this time. This investigation is ongoing.
