On Monday, September 25, 2017 at approximately 3:37am, deputy responded to the location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding arrest warrant. The suspect was served on the warrant and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The warrant was for the original charges of Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property, Conspiracy, and Evading.

Vehicle: 2015 red Ford Fusion

On Monday, September 25, 2017 at approximately 12:11am, deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle fire. The fire appeared to be suspicious in nature and the state fire marshal was called to the scene. It was determined that there were two separate fires to the vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim: male, 44, La Puebla, NM

Suspect: Unknown

Charges: Robbery, Battery, Criminal Damage to property

On Sunday, September 24, 2017 at approximately 8:31pm, the victim arrived at his residence and heard a loud noise from inside his vehicle. He exited the vehicle to investigate and was attacked by an unknown suspect(s). Cash was removed from his person and the victim was also battered. A window to the victim's vehicle was damaged. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputy was dispatched to the area of peaks place in reference to a suspicious person in the area. Upon arrival, the above person was contacted and was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. The listed person was arrested without incident and taken to jail.

Vehicle was last seen at location on September 23, 2017. The Vehicle was unlocked. The Vehicle has a" Just Pray" sticker on the back. No suspects at this time


Case#: 0217014332,Residential Burglary, Larceny 9/23/17

Incident Location: Camino Maria Felez, (Agua Fria Village)

Property Taken: 2 Flat screen Televisions, multiple tool boxes, and miscellaneous jewelry.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims residence in reference to a report of a Residential Burglary.  Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the unknown suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked window of the home and stole the above mentioned items.  This case is currently under investigation.

On September 23, 2017 victim reported that between 9/18/2017 and 9/23/2017 some unknown individual broke into her gold 2008 Kia spectra that was parked on 125 at the 267 because it had broke down, by breaking the front passenger window and stole the above listed items.

Victim: 48 Year Old Female

I contacted the above listed victim in reference to a Fraud. Victim stated on Friday September 22, 2017 a $1000.00 transaction had been made without her knowledge. Victim stated she stayed at Buffalo Thunder from Monday September 18, 2017 to Friday September 22, 2017 for a conference. Victim stated she never used any of her personal debit cards or checks. Victim stated she was informed through her bank the transaction was done at Buffalo thunder. Victim stated she is currently unaware of any other transactions made. Victim advised all accounts would be closed.
