Deputy responded to location reference to a crash. Martinez was contacted at the scene and was found to have an active warrant issued for her arrest. Martinez was arrested and taken to jail without incident.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist of a female subject not conscious and not breathing. Life saving measures were conducted, but were unsuccessful. The deceased suffered from extensive medical conditions. OMI was summons to the location. No signs of foul play were found.

Arrested: Ray Jaramillo 57 years old
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for a reckless driver call for service. During the investigation, Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person and observed bloodshot watery eyes and slurred speech. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory act, which he agreed to submit to a breath test. Let it be noted, subject then refused the breath test. Subject was booked at ADC accordingly.
