Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Correction Officers conducting a unit check and observed suspicious activity with the above suspect. Drug paraphernalia was located where suspect was sitting. During the Investigation, correction officers conducted a strip search and located paraphernalia, heroin and cocaine on suspects person.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Child Passenger Restraint
On Friday, July 27, 2018 at approximately 5:30pm, a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle since it had been given out over as a reckless driver. Contact was made with the driver, the suspect, and a six year old child was in the vehicle improperly restrained. Suspect was ran through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause attached. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized.
