On Thursday, August 3, 2017 at approximately 10:46pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a counterfeit bill. It was discovered that the victim had in her possession a counterfeit $5 bill and tried to exchange the bill when it didn't work in one of the machines. The victim does not know where she may have obtained the bill.

Sometime between 1030pm August 2 and 7:20am August 3 an unknown person "keyed" the above vehicle causing $2000 in damage. No suspects at this time.

Person Arrested: Wade Allen Gray, 29 year old male subject
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Tesuque Post Office regarding a wanted person. Deputies made contact with the above listed individual in reference to a separate incident that was under investigation. The male subject had an active warrant for his arrest out of Milller County, Arkansas for a probation violation. The warrant was extraditable nation wide. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center without incident.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a Residential Burglary. Upon speaking with the victim, it was discovered that an unknown person(s) forced entry into the home through the front door and stole a 46" Vizio, flat screen television and a DVD player. The victim valued the property taken to be approximately $1,400 dollars. The victim also valued the damaged front door at $200.00 dollars. This case is currently under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the location in reference to a report of a Larceny. Upon making contact with the reporting party it was discovered that an unknown person(s) stole the above mentioned item from the secured construction equipment storage site. The reporting party advised that the air compressor was last seen on July 20th, 2017. This case is under investigation.

Victim reported between 9am and 11pm on 8-1-2017, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into his residence by damaging the door and stole the above listed items. Case is currently under investigation.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Failure to Signal
On Monday, July 31, 2017 at approximately 9:46pm, vehicle was observed changing lanes without using a signal. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and the suspect returned with a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause attached due to a DWI. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was not seized due to the violation occurring within the Santa Fe City limits.
