Vehicle Taken: 2000 year model, White in color Skyline Layton camper trailer. Camper also has Turquoise colored faded trim along the exterior. “LAYTON” also written on the front of the camper in Turquoise lettering.
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a report of a stolen R.V. Upon their arrival, it was learned that sometime between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and unknown person(s), stolen the above mentioned camper from its storage location on the property. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Larry Vigil 57 years old, Las Vegas NM
Charges: Bench Warrants issued out of San Miguel Magistrate Court
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival to the location, Deputies learned that only a verbal argument occurred. During the investigation, it was learned that the above suspect had an active bench warrant San Miguel Magistrate Court.. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Deputies served an active arrest order on above subject from Adult Probation and Parole for violating conditions of Parole/Probation.. He was re- booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and the suspect was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Suspect: Matthew Graves – 40 - Taos, NM
Charges: DWI – Speeding
Bureau of Affairs (BIA) Officer stopped the suspect for speeding. Driver was impaired and a Deputy was called to the scene. Following an investigation the suspect was arrested for DWI. The suspect’s vehicle was seized due to two prior DWI arrests.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Victim reported sometime on 7-13-2017 between 5:40pm and 8:00am on 7-14-2017, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the building and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

Victim reports an unknown person gained entry into his residence on July 13, 2017 between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and stole the above mentions items. Case is under investigation.
Case 0217010127-Driving on Revoked DL with arrest Clause-07/13/17

On July 13, 2017, at approximately 4:41pm, I responded to reckless driver call in reference to suspect vehicle. Observed vehicle traveling northbound on I25. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the suspect. When checking suspects driver license status dispatch advised suspect had a revoked driver license with an arrest clause. Suspect was placed under arrest and taken to the Detention Center for incarceration.

Taken: .22 Rifle, Camera and Camera lighting System($4000)
The victim stated that between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., unknown persons forced entry into his home through a window behind his house and stole the listed items. At this time there are no known suspects and witnesses. Due to the terrain tire impression and shoe prints were not found. The victim did not have video surveillance or an alarm. The victim did not have serial numbers for the items taken at this time.
Case 0217010118 Obstructing- Transferring Receiving a stolen motor vehicle-07/13/17

Suspect: Carl Black(37)
Deputies were called to assist Los Alamos Police who were perusing the above stolen vehicle east bound on NM 502. Los Alamos discontinued they’re involvement and stated the vehicle continued east on 502. Deputies intercepted the vehicle in the Pojoaque Area and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Driver refused to bring the vehicle to a stop and drove east bound on Camino Del Rincon. Deputies discontinued the chase for safety reasons and lost sight on the vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver in the river off of County Rd 113-S. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked.
