The victim reported between 5/16/18 after 9:15pm and 5/17/18 before 7:15am someone broke a window on their vehicle and stole a purse from within. Later the victim realized the suspect used their debit card at 2 businesses in Santa Fe.

On Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at approximately 6:21pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. An unidentified suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking a window and removed a purse containing jewelry, cash, a cell phone, and identification. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies received a report of a male who brandished a firearm at the victim during a road rage incident. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Driver admitted to brandishing a BB gun at the victim during the incident. Driver's driving privileges were also confirmed to be revoked with the arrest clause. Vehicle was not seized due to the stop occurring in the city limits.

Location: Madrid Area
Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival victim reported that suspect was armed with a knife and attempted to stab suspect. After deputies arrested suspect, suspect spat at the arresting deputy. As suspect was being booked into the Santa Fe ADC suspect spat on a correction officer. Suspect was then booked into ADC and charged accordingly.
