Stolen: Computer, Washer and Dryer

Value: $400.00

On 11-30-17 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible burglary. Deputies made contact with the above victim who suspected someone crawled through a dog door. Victim stated the unknown suspects came into his house between the hours of 7:30 am-8:30pm and took the above items.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the adult detention center in reference to an inmate with an active arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, I was determined that the above mentioned male had an active warrant out of Torrance County Magistrate Court.  The subject was re-booked with without incident.

Suspect: Elsie Fernandez  Age: 38

On November 29, 2017 deputies responded to the above location in reference to an inmate having contraband on her person.  Above suspect was currently incarcerated at the jail and was found to be in possession of suboxone. 

Suspect was rebooked accordingly

Incident Location: 35 Sage Circle, Santa Fe, NM 87506

On November 29, 2017, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a fraud.  Victim reported an unknown suspect accessed his account and fraudulently obtained $660.00 from his account.  Victim closed the account due to the theft. 

No suspect information at this time.

On November 29, 2017, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a fraud.  Victim reported an unknown suspect cashed two checks in the amount of $331.81.  Victim is uncertain how his checks were obtained by the suspect.  No suspect information at this time.

Stolen: mics. documents, employee badge

Victim reported sometime around 6:20am on 11/29/17, he observed his vehicle driven from the complex after he left his vehicle running and unlocked. Victim signed an affidavit for a stolen vehicle and was entered into NCIC. At approx. 8:25am on today's date (11-29-2017), SFPD located the stolen on Tano Road with the vehicle secured. It was learned unknown suspect(s) stole above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

Victim: Male, 36, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported he returned home and found an unknown suspect with a ski mask burglarizing his residence. Victim confronted the suspect, which the suspect then stabbed him on his upper torso and once on both arms.  Suspect then fled the residence through the bedroom window.  Case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at approximately 6:57pm, deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) cut the lock to access the property, entered the residence, removed a computer monitor, and removed the vehicle from the property. The vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.
