Arrested: Alfonso Martinez age: 22

Charges: False Imprisonment, Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member.

On 06-19-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was determined the above suspect failed to allow the victim, who is a household member, leave a bedroom. it was also learned the above individual battered the victim and punched a hole in a bathroom door he was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly

 The above suspect was involved in crash on River Street. He was found stopped on the road with his passenger on the side of road near SR 14 and Main ST. The driver admitted to drinking and agreed to SFSTs. He showed signs of impairment and BrAC was .20 and .18. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect was passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. Suspect was intoxicated and not complying with Deputy commands. Suspect was found to have warrant for failure to appear in Bernalillo County Metro Court. Suspect was booked into SFCADC without incident.

Location: US 84/285 mile marker 173 (Tesuque N.M.0

Arrested: Eric Archuleta, 35-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 6-18-18 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Archuleta for traffic violations.  He was discovered to be driving on a revoked driver's license.  Upon placing him under arrest he was also found in possession of Hydrocodone pills and did not have a valid prescription.

Victim reported some time between 12:00 pm on 6/16/18 and 2:00pm on 6/17/18, unknown suspects burglarized her shed and stole the listed items.  Case is under investigation.

 Suspect: Jose L. Gonzales Jr – 45 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI – Roadways Laned for Traffic

The above suspect was stopped by the Tesuque Tribal Police for failing to maintain a proper lane of travel.  The suspect refused to do the Field Sobriety Tests because he said he was too intoxicated. He thanked Deputy Hernandez for getting him off of the road.  The suspect was given an Intoxilyzer test with the results being a .29 and a .29.

The suspect has multiple convictions for DWI and his vehicle was seized.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).


0218009610 / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin) / 6-17-18

Arrested: Henry Marlon, 51year old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 6/17/18 Mr. Marlon was being booked into the Santa Fe County Jail when heroin was located inside his wallet.  He was arrested on the above charge.

Charges: Santa Fe Magistrate Court Warrant for failing to pay fines, Santa Fe Municipal Court Warrant for failing to pay fines.

On 06-18-18 contact was made with the above subject. While speaking with the subject it was learned he had two active warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident.

On Sunday, June 17, 2018 at approximately 4:21pm, suspect was taken into custody after being involved in an aggravated fleeing case. Suspect had two outstanding arrest warrants. The warrants were for the original charges of Fraud, Unlawful Use of a License and Driving While License Suspended/Revoked. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect 3: Nicolas Barranco, 22, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property, Aggravated Fleeing a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana

On Sunday, June 17, 2018 at approximately 2:29pm, Deputies responded to the area in reference to a vehicle who's occupants forced open a gate to a residential area causing damage to the gate. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle and the vehicle fled the area. Suspect vehicle was located on Old Buckman Road and a traffic stop was initiated. Suspect vehicle fled the area and ran several vehicles off of the road. Spike strips were set up and were successfully deployed. Vehicle stopped shortly after and the occupants fled on foot. The suspects were located and taken into custody. One of the suspects was in possession of Heroin and Marijuana. It was later learned that a residence had been burglarized by the suspects. Suspects were transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was sealed and taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office and will be searched once a search warrant is obtained.
