On todays date between the hours of 8:30am and 4:40PM, unknown suspect(s) forced entry into victims residence. Suspect(s) stole above listed items. This incident is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to the suspect having an active Bench Warrant. Suspect was arrested and booked at the SFCADC without incident.

Location: US-84/285 – 180 Mile Marker 

 Suspect: Miguel Sanchez-Morales – 24 – Espanola          

Charges: DWI – Following to Close – Registration Required – Negligent use of Weapon - Littering

The suspect was observed tailgating another vehicle and just before a traffic stop was conducted he opened the driver’s window and threw trash on the highway.  The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested.   During the impound of the vehicle a 9mm semi-auto pistol was located in the center console.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to the Tesuque area in reference to a 77 year old male that was unconscious and not breathing.  Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the male subject suffered from a history of alcohol abuse.  The office of the Medical Investigator arrived at the location and no signs of foul play were located or observed.

Person Arrested: Irene Banda-Villescas 31 year old female.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash near Cities of Gold Casino in Pojoaque.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above listed female subject was involved in a verbal argument with her boyfriend.  The female then intentionally damaged her boyfriends truck.  Contact with the female was made and an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected.  Upon completion of a DUI investigation, the female was transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked without incident.

Suspect/ Arrested: Harold Quintana Age 63

Location: Santa Fe County Road 109/ US 84/285 (Pojoaque)

Deputies was dispatched to the above area to locate a possible drunk driving. The vehicle was located failing to maintain lanes.  Contact was made with the driver which he displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and agreed to provide a breath sample.  He had a breath alcohol content of more then twice the legal limit of .08. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC. His vehicle was seized.
