On the aforementioned date, Deputies initiated a traffic stop due to the above listed male subject driving at a high rate of speed. Upon making contact with the above mentioned male subject, an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected and a DUI investigation was conducted. The male subject was subsequently arrested and transported to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without incident.

Victim: 20 year old female
Location: SF County Road 113 (Nambe)
Victim reported that she and the suspect were living together as friends. She explained that suspect become jealous over people messaging her on her phone. Suspect pointed his gun at her then took her phone and broke it. He then held her down with his hand on her face against her will. This investigation was turned over to Santa Fe County criminal investigation division. Further charges are pending. He was arrested on the above listed charges accordingly and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival, deputies located the driver who displayed signs of impairment. The driver refused to submit to sobriety testing but did submit to chemical testing. The results of the tests were .22, .22. The driver was arrested and booked into the jail with the listed charges. The vehicle was not seized.

The victim stated that unknown suspects forced entry into the residence through a window on the east side of the residence. The victim stated that the above listed items were stolen from inside the residence. There are no known suspects or witnesses.

On February 2nd, 2018 the above named suspect and victim were in a domestic dispute. Both parties sustained minor injuries in which did not require medical attention. Through the investigation the suspect was the primary aggressor in which he was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Suspect Vehicle: White Jeep Wrangler w/custom bumper and rear light
Victim was traveling east bound on NM-502, 2-3 car lengths behind the listed suspect vehicle in the right lane of travel. Victim stated the male suspect braked and pulled off to the right shoulder allowing him to pass. Victim advised while passing the vehicle the suspect yelled at him out his window but he was unable to identify what was said. Victim stated he continued to travel east bound in the left lane of travel, while the suspect continued in the right lane of travel. The suspect then fired two rounds at the victims vehicle which hit the rear of the vehicle. The victim sped off and pulled into the Philips Kick 66 were contact was made.
