Charges: Driving while Revoked – Registration Required

The above suspect was stopped for displaying a suspended registration plate on her vehicle.  A check of her driver’s status showed that she was operating the vehicle while revoked.

The suspect’s vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance

 The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).


0217000381 / Burglary / 1-8-2017

Items Stolen: Jewelry

Victim reported to deputies that sometime between January 5, 2017 and January 8, 2017 unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. This case is currently under investigation.


0217000380-Burglary- 1-7-17

Location-100 Block of Oshara Blvd.

Between 3:30 pm, while showing a residence to a potential buyer unknown suspect obtained access to a 2012 Toyota Highlander and rummaged through the vehicle.  Case is under investigation.

Charges: Assault on a Household  Member, Criminal Damage to Property under $1,000.00

On 01/07/16 Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the above individual caused $700.00 in damage to a Pontiac Grand Am and threatened a household member causing the victim to believe she would be battered. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On the aforementioned date, deputies responded the victims home in reference to a reported Larceny.  Upon arrival, the victim advised that she arrived home from an extended absence and noticed that her jewelry was missing from her home.  The victim provided suspect information and this case is currently under investigation.
