The above person was observed coasting a vehicle down an on ramp of a highway. The vehicle was stopped and contact with the driver was made. The driver admitted to drinking before operating a vehicle. Sobriety tests were administered with impairment being detected. The driver was arrested and read the implied consent advisory. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing and transported to jail. The drivers vehicle was seized in accordance with County Ordinances.

Above person was observed operating a vehicle on Highway 14 at a high rate of speed and close to another vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and the driver submitted to sobriety testing. The driver was arrested after impairment was detected. The driver was administered chemical testing with the results being .17, .18. The driver was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On 06/22/17 the property manager for the above location reported someone stole a kitchen stove from the residence. The last the stove was seen was on 06/13/17. Suspect information is pending at this time. No signs of forced entry were found.

On 06/22/17 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned the above individual attempted to take a vehicle from the location, which she partially owns. While attempting to leave the residence, she drove the vehicle into a gate causing $3,000.00 in damage. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 06/21/17 the above individual was stopped for a traffic violation on Avenida del Sur. Upon checking the above individuals license status, two active warrants for his arrest were located. One warrant was issued out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear on a traffic violation. The other warrant was issued out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court for failing to appear on a traffic violation. He was booked into the Santa Fe county Adult Detention Facility without incident.
