A verbal argument arose between the suspect and friend of his. When the suspect’s wife tried to separate them she was punched in the head with a closed fist by the suspect.

The suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal after the suspect was called in as being a reckless driver. During a DWI investigation the suspect showed signs of impairment. The suspect refused to submit to the Field Sobriety Tests and twice tried to run away from the deputies and into traffic.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

During an argument the suspect smashed a beer can against the victims neck and then scratched him. The suspect then picked up a knife and went after the victim. As the victim left his apartment the suspected stabbed the door with the knife.
