On December 31, 2017, deputies responded to 39 Cerro Gurule in reference to a unconscious female. Life saving procedures were attempted but the female subsequently passed away. Female had a history of medical conditions. No signs of foul play.

On 01-01-18 the above individual was stopped for expired registration. Upon checking her driver's license through MVD, it was learned she had an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On December 30, 2017, deputies responded to the Santa Fe Police Department in reference to a burglary that occurred at the Ski Basin. Victim reported his Iphone 8 was in his vehicle console when he was at the Ski Basin. Victim reported when he returned he found his vehicle unlocked and his phone gone. Victim tracked his phone which was on the Tesuque Pueblo. Tesuque Tribal Police were notified of the stolen Iphone. No suspect info.

On the aforementioned date, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Deputies were conducting a Sobriety Checkpoint in the Agua Fria area. The above mentioned male subject was discovered to be intoxicated after a DUI investigation at the checkpoint was conducted. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Adult Detention Center where he was charged and booked without incident
