On 11-07-16 the above victim reported her residence was burglarized on 11-05-16 between 10:45am and 6:00pm. The unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by opening her sons bedroom window on the first floor. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(s) went to the second floor bedrooms and stole the above items. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On Sunday, November 6, 2016 at approximately 9:50pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim, then while the victim was outside of the location, suspect took the victim back inside the location, against her will and would not allow her to leave. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Sunday, November 6, 2016 at approximately 11:37pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a vehicle that had been stopped by Pojoaque Police Department for speeding. The driver had an ignition interlock license and there was not an interlock in the vehicle. Driver was non-native. Pojoaque Police Department tracked the vehicle by radar speeding in the area. The driver was run through N.C.I.C. and returned revoked with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. The vehicle did not have an interlock device in it. The driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.

On November 6, 2016 Deputies were dispatched to the 100 Blk of Vista Del Monte in reference to a welfare check. Family members had not heard from victim for a couple of days. Upon arrival Victim was located and no signs of life were detected. No signs of foul play were located.

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, Driver to Be Licensed, No Insurance
On Sunday, November 6, 2016 at approximately 3:33am, Deputy observed the vehicle at location, which had been involved in a motor vehicle accident. Driver showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. A breath test was administered and provided two breath tests of .08 g/210L or higher. Vehicle did not have proof of insurance inside of it. Vehicle was not seized due to damage to the vehicle. Driver was run through N.C.I.C. and did not possess a valid driver's license. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

I was dispatched to the area of the 300 Block of CR 84 in the El Rancho Area in reference to a male passed out behind the wheel of a car. Upon arrival, the driver was seen by Santa Fe County EMS. The driver door and passenger door were open. Open containers were observed on the floor board. Upon making contact with the driver in the ambulance, he smelled of a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The driver admitted to drinking 3 beers the size of this Deputy, 2 hours prior to coming in contact with this Deputy. The driver refused to do SFST's and a chemical test. The driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

On above date Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate being in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was determined the above inmate was found in possession of an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone. The suspect was re-booked without incident.

On above date, Deputies were dispatched to Frasco Road in reference to a report of fraud. Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspects attempted to use the victim's credit card in fraudulent transactions totaling over $1,000.00. The case is under investigation.

On 11-04-16 a traffic stop was conducted on a Ford Escape after it was observed speeding. Upon making contact with the above driver, it was learned his license privilege to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked by the Department of Motor Vehicles. The revocation was for a prior DWI. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Between October 3, 2016 and October 7, 2016 unknown suspects used the victims ATM card without authorization and withdrew $2,000. Case is under investigation.
