On Sunday, April 9, 2017, at approximately 12:12am, Deputy responded to a verbal domestic. Contact was made with the suspect, who had two outstanding arrest warrants. Warrants were confirmed through N.C.I.C. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Christopher Duran, 27, Santa Fe, NM

Bench Warrant: Failure to Pay Fines (Original charge of Careless Driving and No Driver's License)

On Saturday, April 8, 2017, at approximately 11:32pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a subject with an outstanding arrest warrant. Contact was made with the suspect and the warrant was confirmed through N.C.I.C. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


Case #0217004891, Residential Burglary

Location: Snowflake Trail, Edgewood, NM

Victim: Male, 69, Edgewood, NM

Charges: Residential Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Saturday, April 8, 2017, at approximately 11:51pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the residence by throwing a rock through a glass door. Suspect(s) then removed jewelry  from the residence. Case is under investigation.


Case 0217004870-Unlawful taking of a motor vehicleX2-04/08/17

Deputy Assigned: J. Vigil

Taken: 1960's Milk Truck-1976 Dodge Truck

Location: 100 Block of Loose Caboose Lane     (Lamy)

Victim: 35 Year Old Female

On the above date RECC advised of two stolen motor vehicles that had been taken from the above location. RECC advised the victim had called and said a male who works for her had seen the vehicle on a tow truck in the area of 2000 Block of Agua Fria Street. Upon speaking with the victim she described the yellow milk truck and the 1976 dodge pickup and stated no one had permisson to take the vehicles. The Santa Fe Police were dispatched to the location where they verified the vehicles were the ones described by the victim. An unidentified female was at the location and taken into custody. the vehicles were returned to the owner. 


Case-0217004873- Robbery-Battery-04/08/17

Location: 100 Block of Peak Place

Victim: 48 Year old Male

On April 8,2017 Deputies were dispatched to above location for a Robbery. Victim advised a neighbor robbed him of $500 and chocked him. Victim advised he owed money to the neighbor. Upon speaking with the neighbor he advised he did not do anything to his neighbor and had no signs of a struggle on his person. Case is under investigation 

 


Case 0217004860-Criminal Damage to Property-04/08/17

Deputy Assigned: T. Lopez

Location: US 285&Camino Caballos

Damaged: US Mail Boxes($500)

RP OBSERVED THE MAILBOXES AT THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. 285 AND CAMINO CABALLOS TO BE PRYED OPEN FROM THE REAR PORTION.

IT IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME IF MAIL WAS IN THE MAILBOXES AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT OR THE CONTENTS OF WHICH THE SUSPECT HAD TAKEN.

CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.


0217004811 / Burglary, Larceny / 4-7-17

Location: Johnson Mesa

Stolen: Orange Smart Bike

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny. Victim advised she left her garage open while she was inside her house between 11:15 and 11:45PM Victim explained she returned to her garage and noticed her bike missing from inside. No suspect information available. Case is under investigation.


0217004792 – Bringing Contraband into a place of Imprisonment – 04-07-17

Deputy Assigned: A. Lopez

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Suspect: Salina Green – 35 - Albuquerque, NM

Charges:

Arrest Warrant (Traffic Offense)

Bringing Contraband into a place of Imprisonment

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Suboxone)

Deputy Lopez was dispatched to the jail in reference to the above suspect wanting to surrender herself for an outstanding traffic warrant.

During the booking process the suspect was subjected to a body scan.  The body scan image showed an anomaly in her vaginal area.  The suspect was advised to remove any and all contraband she was concealing inside of herself. The suspect eventually removed and turned over several items of contraband.

The suspect was arrested and booked for the arrest warrant and the additional charges relating to the contraband


0217004773 / Criminal Damage to Property, Aggravated Battery / 4-6-17

Deputy Assigned: Jonathan Jaramillo

Location: Calle Angelina

Suspect: Ruben Ita

Damaged: Windshield and hood of vehicle

On above date Deputy Jaramillo was dispatched to the area of Calle Angelina in reference to an aggravated battery.  Upon arrival it was determined after a verbal altercation the above listed suspect battered the victim with a rock and then damaged the victim's vehicle by hitting it with a rock.  Suspect was arrested and booked without further incident.


0217004748, Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle/Larceny, 4-6-2017

Location: 40 Block of La Puebla Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Go-cart, lifting jack, antique Stihl tablesaw

Suspect: Unknown

victim reported sometime between 9:00pm last night (4-6-2017) and 10:30am this morning unknown suspects stole the above items from her yard.  The value of the items stolen was approximately  $650.00. Case is under investigation.
