On Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at approximately 11:22pm, deputy responded to location in reference to damage to a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) broke one of the windows to the vehicle and removed a purse containing credit cards and cash. Investigation is ongoing.

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia X 2, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana
On Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at approximately 9:38pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a narcotics violation. Contact was made with the suspect, who is the owner of the vehicle. Suspect was being trespassed from the location. In plain view a glass pipe, used to smoke marijuana and two glass pipes, used to smoke meth, were located. Suspect was placed under arrest. While conducting a search, incident to arrest, less than one ounce of marijuana was located. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, October 20, 2016 at approximately 12:20am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Vehicle drove off the road and crashed into a tree. Driver was identified as the suspect. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. During the tests, suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Suspect was advised the New Mexico Implied Consent advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath sample which showed the presence of alcohol. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Witnesses advised that the suspect was seen driving prior to deputies arrival. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect showed signs of impairment during the tests and was placed under arrest. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath test which was 0.16 or greater. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
