On May 19, 2017, at 03:49 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 41 Loma Vista in reference to a disorderaly conduct. Victim stated that he was outside when he observed a tan in color, Honda Civic, with two male subjects. One male subject attempted to jump fence into the owner's property. The owner attempted to make contact and the male subject got back into the vehicle and fled the scene. There were no signs of damaged property. No further information was given of the male subjects or vehicle.

On 05/18/17 the victim reported the residence was burglarized between March 15, 2017 and May 18th, 2017. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. The victim reported the above items missing. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: Aggravated DWI – Careless Driving – No Insurance
The suspect was traveling south on Old Santa Fe Trail when he failed to negotiate a left curve on the roadway. The suspect’s vehicle went off of the shoulder of the road and crashed into a dirt embankment. The suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory (for breath) and he refused to respond if he would submit to a breath test.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
