Value: $4,800 dollars
On the aforementioned date, Deputies made contact with the victim in reference to a report of an Auto Burglary, after the fact. The victim advised that he was hiking in Hyde Park on Saturday evening, August 26th, 2017 and heard his vehicle alarm go off. The victim advised that upon arriving back to his vehicle, he noticed the passenger door open and the above mentioned items missing. This case is currently under investigation.

On 08/28/17 the victim reported she was notified by her credit card company of someone attempting to change the address on the account. The victim reported the individuals did have the last four of her social security number. The victim stated the credit cards were cancelled at that time. Suspect information is pending.

Charges: obedience to traffic control devices, immediate notice of accidents, driving on a suspended license
Suspect ran a red light at the above location and fled the scene. The vehicle was found near the Cuyamungue overpass. During the investigation, the suspect had two active warrants for his arrest. Suspect was arrested and transported to ADC. While at ADC, Correction Officers found the suspect concealing a yellow pill (Alprazolam) during a strip search. The above suspect was charged accordingly.

On Friday, August 25, 2017 at approximately 7:58pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim 1 got into a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered victim 1. Suspect threw an item at one of the children and all of the children were in fear of receiving an immediate battery. When contact was attempted by law enforcement, suspect pulled away and continued to pull away and resist officers. Suspect was eventually taken into custody and was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received and life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
