On 08/25/17 the victim reported she walking her dog on a walking trail in the Rancho Viejo Subdivision area. The victim stated an unknown suspect pointed a handgun at her. The victim stated the unknown suspect was holding back two other dogs and pointing the weapon at her. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: Assault on a Peace Officer, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Battery upon a household member.
On 08/25/17 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an Domestic Dispute. While investigating the incident the above individual became uncooperative and attempted to resist arrest and attempted to trip assisting Deputies to cause them to fall. The investigation revealed the above individual battered a family member. He was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, where he was booked accordingly.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding
On 08/24/17 the above individual was stopped for speeding by Pojoaque Tribal Police. The above individual was found to be driving on a Revoked License. The driver was placed under arrest. The driver was also found to have an active bench warrant issued out of Bernalillo County. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Inmate Benavidez was found in possession of a homemade prior to being transported to District Court. Inmate Benavidez then passed the knife to inmate Rodriguez who attempted to destroy the evidence by flushing it down a toilet. suspects were rebooked accordingly.

Santa Fe County Deputies responded to State Road 502 ans US 84/285 in reference to a a vehicle Pojoaque Police Department had stopped. Deputies arrived and discovered the driver identified as Ruben Montoya was operating a motor vehicle while his license to drive was revoked arrest pursuant. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly. Rubens vehicle was seized.
