On 03/14/17 the victim reported fraudulent activity on his credit card. An unknown suspect purchased a Leopold Rifle scope for the above amount. the item was then shipped to an address in Maryland. Suspect information is pending.

Incident Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center
Subject Arrested: Steven Trujillo, 26 years of age
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a narcotics violation at the adult detention center. Upon arrival, I was discovered that the above listed inmate was found to be in possession of narcotics. The male individual was discovered with the contraband by corrections officers at the jail. The above mentioned subject was charged and rebooked accordingly.

Location: Buffalo Thunder Casino
Arrested: Michael Roibal, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 3-13-17 while being excluded from the casino, Mr. Roibal battered a Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer. When Deputies and Pojoaque Police attempted to place him under arrest he resisted. He was arrested without further incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Sergio Rascon Age: 21 Santa Fe, NM
Above listed person was driving a vehicle on 599 at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was confirmed traveling 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. An attempt was made to stop the vehicle and the driver tried to flee but stopped after the deputy caught up to him. Upon contact, the driver was found to have paraphernalia and controlled substance. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.

Arrested: Gabriella Beard, 34-year-old female from Albuquerque N.M.
On Sunday, March 12th2017 at 0356 am, deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in a hotel room of the Hilton. The investigation revealed the above suspect battered a family member during an argument in the room. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
