On Friday, July 28, 2017 at approximately 2:05am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Deputies were unable to locate proof of insurance with the vehicle. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was not seized due to having heavy damage as a result of the motor vehicle accident.
