Location: Residence on Feather Catcher Road (Pojoaque)

Stolen: 55" television, gaming system with misc. games, loose change and a silver .38 caliber Taurus revolver.  Total value of approximately $1,400.00

 

The victim reported someone forced entry into their home by prying open the front door sometime between 7:00am and midnight on 3-20-17. The above items were reported stolen from inside the home. 


0217003853-Aggravated Burglary, Larceny- 3-20-17

Location- 100 Block of Arroyo Hondo Trail

Items Taken- Weapons and electronics valued at $8,250.

Between the hours of 2:15 pm and 2:50 pm on March 20th, the above listed residence was burglarized by unknown subjects.  The above listed items were taken.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Karlton Robinson

On the above date Karlton Robinson was served with an arrest warrant for failing to appear for a probation violation arraignment while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.


0217003866-Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon- 3-20-17

Location- 131 Peaks Place, block 100

Person Arrested- Mario Puentes 29yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was determined that the above listed individual retrieved a gun from a holster and pointed it at the victim who was his brother.  Subject was booked accordingly.


0217003875-Possession of a controlled substance- 3-20-17

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Richard Borrego 29 yo Ojo Caliente

Above listed person was found to be in possession of marijuana after detention staff conducted a body scan of the above listed subject.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Subject Arrested: Raul Gutierrez, 37 years of age

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a warrant service.  The above listed subject had an active warrant for his arrest for a drug court violation.  The subject was re-booked without incident.

Subject Arrested: Blake Dickman    32 years of age

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate who current had an active warrant for his arrest.  The above mentioned subject had a warrant regarding a case which he failed to appear on out of Sandoval County.  The subject was re-booked without incident.  


0217003822 / Assault against a household member, Resisting ,evading or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, Criminal dama

Location: residence in the Butterfly Springs Mobile Home Park (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Raul Gutierrez, 38-year-old male from Pojoaque N.M.

On 3-19-17 around 10:00pm the defendant assaulted a household member and the Sheriff's Office was contacted.  Deputies arrived on scene and the defendant became combative and caused a disturbance.  He resisted arrest but was taken into custody.  While being transported to the Santa Fe County Jail he kicked the interior of the patrol unit's door causing damage to the door. 

 


0217003826 / Burglary (Auto), Larceny / 3-20-17

Location: Residence on Calle Del Cedro, Edgewood N.M.

Stolen: 37" Television valued at $500.00

On 3-20-17 the victim reported someone entered their unlocked vehicle and stole a 37" television.  The victim stated the burglary occurred sometime between 3-15-17 after 10-00pm and 3-16-17 before 3:00pm.


0217003807-Larceny-03/19/17

Location: 10 Camel Rock Road

 Item: Wallet

Suspect:Older male of native american or asian decent. Drove a green Chevrolet Trailblazer (unknown license plate) with heavy damage to the drivers side of the vehicle.Suspect is believed to be in his 60's with salt and pepper hair Was observed wearing a yellow shirt Suspect is approximatelt 5'5" and weighs approximately 180 Lbs. 

 I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny.I contacted victim via cell phone who  stated he dropped his wallet at the Valero gas station. According to surveilannce video the wallet was dropped at 5:27 pm in between pumps 6 and 7. At 5:29 pm the above listed  suspect was observed picking up the wallet. The case is currently under investigation.
