On 01/13/17 Deputies conducted a welfare check on a vehicle located on State Road 14 by the NM Corrections Department. While making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, it was learned the above individual had a warrant for his arrest issued out of Ector County Texas. The original charge out of Texas was Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon. The above subject was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

On Thursday, January 12, 2017 at approximately 11:29pm, a traffic stop was conducted on the suspect's vehicle. Deputy responded to location to make contact with the suspect. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear in court. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, January 12, 2017 at approximately 9:00pm, a welfare check on the suspect was conducted by Deputy. Suspect had an outstanding warrant for her arrest for failure to pay fines. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies responded to the area of El Sitio Road in La Puebla reference to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies encountered the listed individual who was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. The listed person was arrested without incident and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Victim stated that sometime between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, an unknown suspect gained entry into the above residence through an unlatched front door. Once inside the above suspect took the above item.

Suspect: Michael Ray Kremer – 31 – El Prado, NM
Charges: Concealing Identity / Driving while Suspended / Warrant Service X2
Deputy stopped to do a welfare check on two vehicles on the berm of NM-599. A check of the registration plate on one of the vehicles showed that the registered owner had two warrants for his arrest, and that he was driving with a suspended license. When asked for his identity the suspect gave a false name and date of birth.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Location: 4250 Airport Road (Juvenile Detention Center)
Suspect: Juvenile male
On above Date Deputy Lopez was dispatched to the Juvenile Detention Center in reference to a battery. Upon arrival it was determined that one of the Juvenile Inmates had battered a Corrections Officer after a verbal altercation with another inmate. The inmate was rebooked accordingly without further incident.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia(Santa Fe County Adult detention Center)
.On above date deputies were dispatched to ADC in regards to narcotics located on above inmate. I was advised during a routine pat search 2 ½ orange strips and two hypodermic needles were located on the above inmate. After reading the above inmate her rights she explained the items belonged to another inmate who was no longer at the facility. Inmate admitted to using the items. Inmate charged and rebooked.

Foreclosed home in disrepair was entered between October 2016 and this date. Various items and fixtures were removed including bathtubs, a water heater and a double pane window. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a Narcotics Violation. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above mentioned individual was found with an illegal substance on his person. The individual was charged and re-booked without incident.
