A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a driving infraction. Upon contact with the driver, it was learned that he had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. The driver also had two outstanding warrants. He was arrested and booked at ADC.

Arrested: Nicholas Garcia, 43 YOM
Deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver. The caller advised that he was being followed by FEDEX truck being driven by his ex. The victim advised that his vehicle was sideswiped multiple times by the truck and was attempting to get away. Deputies were able to stop the suspect vehicle and detain the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver submitted to a breath test resulting in .18/.20. The subject was booked into Satna Fe ADC without incident.

DEPUTIES DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION IN REGARDS TO A MOTORCYCLE BEING STOLEN FROM THE LOCATION. COTACT WAS MADE WITH THE VICTIM AND ADVISED MOTORCYCLE WAS TAKEN FROM THE STORAGE SHED ON THE PROPERTY. VICTIM ADVISED THAT THE LAST TIME THE MOTORCYCLE WAS SEEN WAS 1 WEEK AGO. AT THIS TIME, NO SUSPECTS HAVE BEEN LOCATED OR IDENTIFIED.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a welfare check. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest for failure to appear on charges of careless driving and suspended driving privilege. The subject was arrested on the warrant, and upon search incident to arrest, the subject was in possession of multiple controlled substances. The subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC on the warrant, and for trafficking a controlled substance

Deputies responded to location after receiving a call of a male and female arguing. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the female did not want the suspect at the location. As she began calling law enforcement the male took the phone away. Victim had injuries consistent with her statement. An arrest warrant will be drafted for suspect.
