On Friday, December 16, 2016 at approximately 9:35pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect that was pulled over by Pojoaque Tribal Police and the suspect was non-native. Pojoaque Tribal Police stopped the vehicle for speeding. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. During these tests the suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath samples that were 0.08 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was no seized due to the suspect not having any prior DWIs.

On Saturday, December 17, 2016 at approximately 5:25am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Suspect was booked in by another agency and had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear in reference to a no seat belt violation. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, December 17, 2016 at approximately 5:25am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate, who had an outstanding warrant. Suspect had been booked in by another agency and had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to pay fines in reference to an original charge of DWI. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Manuel Romero
On the above date Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was determined the above listed inmate was found in possession of 20 strips of suboxone and admitted to bringing it into the facility for personal use on December 14, 2016. The inmate was rebooked accordingly.

On above date Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was determined the inmate was found with several small pieces of an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone. The inmate was rebooked without further incident.

Suspect: Roy Vick – 51 - Pojoaque, NM
Charges: Aggravated Battery
Deputies received a report of two brothers fighting. When deputies arrived they found one of the brothers (victim), bleeding from the head, and hiding behind a car outside of the residence. The victim stated that he was hit in the head with a fireplace poker. The victim was transported by medics to Espanola Hospital to be treated for his injuries while his brother was arrested and charged.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On 12/16/16 between 1:40am and 3:10am, an unknown person entered the location and removed tools and gasoline from several vehicles parked at the location. The unknown person (s) removed several power tools belonging to the company. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 12/16/16 the victim reported at about 12:50pm, unknown person(s) entered his garage and removed several items. Items taken included a generator, compressors, welder, and craftsman tools. Suspect information is pending.

Location: Johnson Ranch Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87505 (Cannoncito area)
On Friday December 16, 2016 A resident in the area of Johnson Ranch Road called the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office to advised of a suspicious vehicle in his driveway. Deputies responded and interviewed the owner of the suspicious vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was ordered to leave the homeowners property. The homeowner called back approximately an hour later and advised that the suspicious vehicle was back in his driveway and the driver had been shot. The driver was transported to the hospital. Criminal investigations was called to the scene.
