Deceased: 17-year-old male from Edgewood N.M.
On 5-20-17 at about 10:30AM friends of the deceased found him at the above location. It appears the deceased ran a hose from his vehicles exhaust pipe into the cab and died from carbon monoxide poisoning. There were no signs of foul play.

Suspect: Thomas Boswell
Deputy Jaramillo was patrolling the listed area and observed the suspect's vehicle unable to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect appeared to be intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and refused to provide a breath sample after being read NM Implied consent. Suspect was booked accordingly and his vehicle seized due to this being his third DWI arrest.

On 05/20/17 a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driven by the above listed person. A driver's license inquiry revealed an active warrant for her arrest. The above individual was taken into custody without incident. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 05/19/17 the complainant reported he found an app through his phone to meet women. The victim was promised if he sent money a female would show up at his house. The victim stated he sent approximately $1,340.00 to an address in the Dominican Republic. The victim was then contacted by another party saying he needed to send $4,000.00 or he would be physically harmed. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On May 19, 2017, at 03:49 p.m., deputies were dispatched to 41 Loma Vista in reference to a disorderaly conduct. Victim stated that he was outside when he observed a tan in color, Honda Civic, with two male subjects. One male subject attempted to jump fence into the owner's property. The owner attempted to make contact and the male subject got back into the vehicle and fled the scene. There were no signs of damaged property. No further information was given of the male subjects or vehicle.
